Shipping

• It usually takes between 3 and 5 working days to process your order. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed or courier service.

• For small UK packages - Purses, lavender bags etc, there is a flat fee of £3.00

• For medium UK packages - (small unglazed, framed items, bags or small cushions etc) there is a flat fee of £5.00

• Larger or multiple items - quote supplied or calculated at checkout.

• Overseas shipping - quote supplied or calculated at checkout.

• Any duties payable are the responsibility of the buyer. You will receive an email informing you that your item has shipped.

  Returns

• Items can be returned if they are damaged or incorrect but please get in contact first to let us know.

• The cost of the item will be refunded as long as they the goods are returned within 30 days, are unused and in the original packaging unless it was damaged.

• Please ensure items are carefully packed and we request that you contact us as sarahbidwell61@gmail.com in advance please. If items are unwanted or you change your mind we request that you email us within 14 days of receiving the goods and return in saleable condition and original packaging, also within the 14 day period.

• Items must be undamaged on return and we do not accept liability for loss or damage incurred during shipping.

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Sale items are non returnable or refundable.

• Where you are eligible for a refund, we will credit the card which was used to purchase the items. Nothing affects your statutory rights.
